Huawei FusionSolar Day 2023
Huawei FusionSolar Day 2023 was held in Jordan under the patronage of the Chairman of Amman Chamber of Industry Eng. Fathi Jaghbir, with 200 participants, including partners, customers, and renewable energy experts. During the event, our team emphasized our partnership with Huawei and introduced the Solar Installer Program. Various experts discussed topics such as smart grids, energy storage in Jordan, and the latest products from Huawei.

إن الانتشار المتزايد لمحطات توليد الطاقة الكهروضوئية الموزعة في المنشآت الصناعية والتجارية، أو السكنية أدى إلى ارتفاع أهمية معايير وتقنيات السلامة في الأنظمة الشمسية الكهروضوئية وبالأخص فيما قد يسبب الحرائق في هذه المنشآت. ومن المعروف بأنه هنالك عوامل داخلية وخارجية للتسبب بالحرائق في الأنظمة الكهروضوئية، ولكن «أعطال القوس الكهربائي – Arc-Fault» لها الدور الأبرز في التسبب بهذه الحرائق، وسنقوم بالتعرف عليها في هذا المقال.
السلامة في الأنظمة الشمسية الكهروضوئية
يتوافق تصميم السلامة الكهربائية للمصفوفات الكهروضوئية بشكل أساسي مع معيار IEC 62548 “متطلبات تصميم المصفوفات الكهروضوئية”. وينص هذا المعيار القياسي على متطلبات التصميم من حيث الحماية من الصدمات الكهربائية، وحماية التيار الزائد، والتأريض، ومراقبة التيار المتبقي والاستجابة له، والحماية من الصواعق والجهد الزائد واختيار وتركيب الأجهزة الكهربائية.
أثبت تحليل الحوادث المختلفة أن المعايير الحالية ليست شاملة وفعالة بما يكفي. فعلى سبيل المثال، فإن العوامل التي تؤثر على تصميم قدرة الحمل الحالية لكابلات التيار المستمر في المعيار السابق عامة جدًا، جهاز حماية التيار الزائد المحدد وفقًا للمعيار لا يعالج بشكل كافٍ الوقاية من الحوادث، ونظرًا لمحدودية الشروط الفنية، يتم توفير ملحق مرجعي فقط لاكتشاف القوس والاستجابة للأعطال، دون اقتراح متطلبات تصميم محددة.
تحدث الحرائق الكهربائية بشكل متكرر في حوادث السلامة للأنظمة الكهروضوئية، وتؤدي إلى أكبر الخسائر في الممتلكات والأرواح أحياناً. على سبيل المثال، وقع 23 حادثًا تشتمل على حرائق في عام 2018 في القطاع السكنى في هولندا، وهو ما يمثل 0.14 ‰ من إجمالي عدد الأنظمة الكهروضوئية المركبة على أسطح المنازل. وتعود غالبية حوادث حريق المنشآت الكهروضوئية إلى أعطال القوس الكهربائي. فما هي أعطال القوس الكهربائي؟
تعريف عطل القوس الكهربائي و أنواع أعطال القوس الكهربائي
تعريف عطل القوس الكهربائي “Arc-Fault”
القوس الكهربائي هو ظاهرة تحدث بسبب انهيار العازلية الكهربائية للغاز المحيط والذي يؤدي إلى سريان تيار كهربائي في وسط غير موصل كالهواء. ينتج عن القوس درجات حرارة عالية تؤدي في بعض الأحيان إلى شرارة أو لهب مكشوف.
تعريف ويكيبيديا لعطل القوس الكهربائي “Arc-Fault”
” تعريف ويكيبيديا: القوس الكهربائي (بالإنجليزية: electric arc) أو قوس التفريغ (بالإنجليزية: arc discharge) يحدث بسبب انهيار العازلية الكهربائية للغاز المحيط محدثاً تفريغ متواصل يؤدي إلى سريان تيار كهربائي في وسط غير موصل كالهواء.“
مخاطر القوس الكهربائي
لا يسبب القوس الكهربائي تحطيم أو إتلاف مواد العزل المحيطة وجعلها غير فعالة فحسب، بل يمكنه أيضًا إشعال المواد المجاورة بسهولة. قد تكون الأقواس في نظام الطاقة الكهروضوئي ناتجة عن الوصلات الغير المحكمة، أو ضعف الصيانة للقواطع، أو كابلات مكسورة، أو مواد عازلة متقادمة أو تالفة، أو أسلاك رطبة ومسببة للتآكل. من المحتمل أن تحدث الأقواس الكهربائية نظرًا لوجود العديد من الأسلاك على جانب التيار المستمر من النظام الكهروضوئي.
ما هو عطل القوس الكهربائي
يوضح الشكل أنواع الأقواس التي يمكن حدوثها في أنظمة الطاقة الكهروضوئية حيث يمكن أن يكون القوس من حيث المبدأ مكافئًا تقريبًا لوصلة متسلسلة بين المقاوم المتغير ومصدر الجهد، ويزداد جهد القوس بدوره مع التيار.
في معظم الحالات، يتم استخدام طاقة القوس المتراكمة قبل الحماية كمعامل رئيسي، والذي يستخدم لتعيين مؤشرات لقياس دقة تقنية قاطع القوس الكهربائي AFCI والتي سنشرحها لاحقاً في هذا المقال.
أنواع أعطال القوس الكهربائي
هناك ثلاثة أنواع من أقواس التيار المستمر:
أقواس متسلسلة
أقواس متوازية
أقواس على الأرض
ما هو عطل القوس الكهربائي
احتمالية وتواتر الأقواس المتسلسلة هي الأعلى (حوالي 80%) بسبب التركيب الكهربائي وخصائص توليد الطاقة الكهروضوئية. من غير المرجح أن تحدث الأقواس المتوازية والأقواس الأرضية، لكنها أكثر خطورة.
تقنية قاطع القوس الكهربائي AFCI
قاطع القوس الكهربائي هي تقنية جديدة لحماية الدارة الكهربائية. يفصل قاطع القوس الكهربائي الدارة عند تكوّن قوس كهربائي على الحمل، إضافة لفصله للدارة عند ارتفاع التيار كأي قاطع تقليدي. يستطيع هذا القاطع التفريق بيت القوس الكهربائي الغير مؤذ (كالشرار الذي قد تراه عند إدخال وصلة أي جهاز في القابس أو الضغط على مفتاح الإنارة) والقوس المؤذي الذي قد يسبب اشتعال النيران (لخدش أو تشقق السلك مثلاً).
ألية عمل القاطع
الإلكترونيات المتواجدة بداخل القاطع تقوم بقراءة تردد التيار المار خلال القاطع. عند حدوث قوس كهربائي تظهر إشارة بتردد مرتفع جداً تصل إلى 100kHz فوق تردد التيار المعياري. يسعى القاطع لاصطياد هذه الإشارة وفصل الدارة عند قراءتها. كما أن المشكلة في القواطع التقليدية أنها لا تفصل الدارة إلا إذا تجاوزت قيمة التيار حداً معيناً. لكن إن كانت قيمة التيار قليلة مع وجود قوس كهربائي مستمر غير مرغوب به فقد يحصل حريق دون فصل الدارة للتيار.
انتشرت بعض الحلول الموجودة تجارياً في الأسواق العربية وذلك لتفادي مشكلة القوس الكهربائي، ومن الحلول المميزة هو حل هواوي AFCI والذي سنتعرف عليه في الفقرة التالية.
الميزات التقنية لحل هواوي AFCI
تدرك الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الطاقة الشمسية أن الطاقة الكهروضوئية الموزعة لها آفاق تطبيق واعدة. ومع ذلك، فإن الحرائق الكهربائية – الناتجة بشكل رئيسي عن القوس في التيار المستمر – هي الخطر الأساسي الذي يجب منعه لأنظمة الطاقة الكهروضوئية الموزعة.
لذلك، من الضروري استخدام تدابير شاملة، لا سيما الكشف الذكي للقوس وتقنيات الإغلاق السريع، من أجل تحسين مستوى السلامة والتحكم في المحطات الكهروضوئية. في هذا الإطار، أطلقت شركة «Huawei» عواكس (Inverters) مزودة بوظيفة الكشف عن قوس التيار المستمر (AFCI) للأنظمة الكهروضوئية الموزعة (بما في ذلك السكنية).
